To perform the exercise correctly, inhale through your nose (5 seconds) and exhale through your mouth (5 seconds), 6 times per minute. Doing it with the help of a video like the one shown above makes the exercise easier to complete.

We usually call the cardiac coherence method, method 365 . In fact, it is recommended to do it 3 times a day. There are 6 breaths per minute. The exercise lasts 5 minutes.
